The Washing Machine Race!

If your water well professional has recently converted your system to constant pressure, one of the first things you might notice is that you can get the wash done sooner than you did before.  Why is that?  It’s actually pretty simple.  Constant pressure in your water system usually results in constant flow of water into your washing machine.  In some conventional water well systems, a fluctuating water pressure results in a variable fill rate, so it takes longer to fill the washing machine.

Click on the “Go” button to begin the race!  The washing machine will start to fill with water.  Notice the pressure gauge fluctuate on the conventional system while the constant pressure holds quite steady.  When the washing machine is full, it will restart the “Loads.”
